1st Annual Chili Cook-off was held and WOW, what a wonderful time of fellowship and creative fixins! There were creations such as "Flaming Whitetail", "Monster Chili", "Spilly-Chili" and others. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes were awarded for "Best Chili" and a prize was awarded for "Most Original Name."
AND THE WINNERS ARE: 1st PRIZE- RICHARD BLACKWELL, SECOND PRIZE- MICHAEL CURRY AND THRID PRIZE- STEVE QUICK.

SOFTBALL SEASON IS UPON US! Beginning March 2 and every Sunday thereafter, weather permitting, those wishing to participate in the Church of Christ softball team meet at the Linville - Edom field for practice. A game schedule will be forthcoming. Take a look at last season's events:
